About Mind Behind
The mind behind the Oruga world is Ms. Nilakshi mundada-Daliya. After completing her engineering from College of Engineering Pune (COEP) and working with one of the MNC, one incident changed her thought process and gave her Bigger mission for life. Ms. Nilakshi says, she could notice that we are educated to remember solutions not to create solution & there is huge gap in what we are educated for and where it is been applied.
Borne out of a strong conviction that high quality early childhood education is crucial to shaping the world of tomorrow, inception of Oruga world Happened. The Motto of Oruga world is giving relevant learning experience which is useful in real life and equip children for future. On 25th May 2016, Oruga World started with the mission of giving opportunity to children to explore, experience and evolve. She says, “It took little time for people to accept this unconventional learning model. But soon parents understood the magic.”
She has conducted lot of hands-on workshops and training programs for parents and teachers both.
She comes from a family who has always supported education & also leads a trust named “Mundada foundation” that primarily works for holistic development of children.
She has been instrumental in driving Oruga World towards excellence due to which Oruga World has been consistently awarded as one of the best preschool & Daycare of Pune.
